You can request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contactgetfitwell@gmail.com

Once the order is processed or shipped by our supplier (CJdropshipping), we cannot cancel it.

Orders with tracking already generated are not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
